Frank-Armin Faller is the Principal Consultant of Armin Consulting, bringing more than 25 years of international experience across electronics manufacturing, operations leadership, and industrial transformation. His career spans Europe and Australia, from the German automotive industry to senior leadership roles in Australian advanced manufacturing, including a decade as CEO of Elexon Electronics. Today, Frank works directly with owners, boards, and leadership teams to guide growth, stabilise performance, and turn strategy into practical operational and commercial action.
